1. Acceptance of TermsBy creating an account or accessing WorkflowSwift (workflowswift.com), a Software-as-a-Service product provided by SwiftSoftware (swiftsoftware.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that organization.
2. Services & Accounts• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
• Free & Paid Plans: WorkflowSwift provides both free and tier-based paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits, execution quotas, and capabilities vary by plan and are detailed on our pricing page.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not reverse-engineer the platform, bypass usage quotas, execute malicious workflows, scrape automated network interfaces without permission, or re-sell platform access to third parties without prior written consent from SwiftSoftware.
3. Billing, Renewal, and Downgrades• Subscriptions: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Downgrades & Free Tier: If you cancel or fail to renew a paid plan, your account will revert to the Free Tier at the end of the paid billing period. Any data or usage capacity exceeding Free Tier limits may be archived or restricted.
4. Intellectual Property & User Data• Platform Ownership: SwiftSoftware retains all rights, title, and interest in WorkflowSwift, including its code, algorithms, visual design, and trademarks.
• Your Data: You retain full ownership of all workflows, data, and credentials you connect to or process through WorkflowSwift. You grant SwiftSoftware a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to deliver and optimize the service.
5. Limitation of Liability & DisclaimersWorkflowSwift is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." SwiftSoftware disclaims all warranties, express or implied. In no event shall SwiftSoftware be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, failed workflow triggers, or data processing delays.
