Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time via your account billing dashboard. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the current paid billing cycle.
• Refunds: Due to the instant availability of server resources and API execution bandwidth, payments are generally non-refundable. Refund exceptions may be issued on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of initial purchase or auto-renewal if technical failure prevented reasonable use of the service.
• Plan Upgrades/Downgrades: Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated charges applied. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
